| VARIZ.ORG is a Portuguese record label based on both poles of the Lisbon-Porto axis since 2001, operating in the grey area between abstraction and the dancefloor. Its aim is to bring the newest generation of media-art projects and producers into acknowledgement by a wider audience.
The label's roster includes: @C, Discmen, Expander, Joao Castro Pinto, Lolly and Brains, Migso, Nova Huta, Producers, Stapletape, TAM, Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzp!, among others...; and it has welcome contributions from the following visual artists: Alexandre Estrela, Dora Sousa Santos, Hugo Oliveira, Lia, Luis Alegre, Miguel Soares, Miguel Sa and Rev Design. |
